As part of our continued expansion, we are strengthening our Sales Department and are looking for an experienced Account Manager with French to develop long-term client relationships and drive new business across the French and Benelux markets.

Work model: Hybrid (2–3 days on-site / remote)

Market focus: France & Benelux

Working languages:

French – C1 (mandatory)

English – C1 (mandatory)

Polish – nice to have

Business travel: France, approx. once per month

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and owning the full sales cycle

Drive business development through cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts, as well as acquiring new clients

Understand client needs and advise on appropriate IT service delivery models (body leasing, team leasing, success fee, project-based solutions)

Work closely with delivery and operational teams in France, Poland, and Morocco to ensure smooth project execution and high service quality

Collaborate with Technical Experts to prepare proposals, refine technical solutions, and support clients during decision-making processes

Monitor market trends and client portfolios to identify new business opportunities and support long-term account growth

Prepare reports, analyze performance indicators, and ensure alignment with sales targets and company objectives

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT services sales

Experience in IT outsourcing, body leasing, or team leasing is highly valued

Strong understanding of the IT industry, technical roles, and market trends

Excellent command of French (C1) and English (C1) — mandatory

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong business orientation

Availability for regular business trips to France
