We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist with French to join a long-term project supporting international users.

Project Information

Location: Katowice, Opole, or Lublin (hybrid work model)

Working hours: Monday–Sunday, rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (7–8 hours per day)

Languages required: English and French

Employment type: Long-term employment contract

Level: Mid

Gross salary: 6,000 – 6,600 PLN gross

Your Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for IT-related support requests

Providing user support via phone, email, and ticketing systems

Resolving incidents independently or escalating them in line with procedures and SLAs

Documenting solutions and ensuring proper ticket follow-up

Handling high-priority incidents and user account management

Cooperating closely with internal IT teams and key business users

Requirements

Fluency in French and English

Previous experience in IT support or service desk roles

Good knowledge of operating systems and standard business applications

Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and team-oriented mindset
