Your Responsibilities

Providing phone and email support to French-speaking individual customers

Handling customer inquiries via chat

Presenting and advising customers on Beliani products

Planning shipments and coordinating order deliveries

Managing order execution, including returns and refunds

Supporting customers before and after purchase via phone, email, and chat

What We’re Looking For

Native or fluent French (minimum C1 level)

English proficiency at a communicative level (minimum B1)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong cultural awareness of the French-speaking market

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Cloud Suite)

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and resilience under pressure
