Role Overview

As a French-speaking Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a wide range of roles — from back-office and operational positions to senior IT and telecommunications roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple role types

Proactively source and directly approach candidates using creative strategies and modern tools

Analyze labor market trends and recommend the most effective sourcing channels

Create and publish compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms

Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience

Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and hiring strategies

Requirements

Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, ideally in IT or fast-paced environments

Strong expertise in sourcing and direct search, with knowledge of modern talent acquisition methods

Ability to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and build trusted partnerships

Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level); Polish is an advantage

Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools

Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
