For one of our clients — a leading international airline with a Shared Services Center in Kraków — we are currently looking for motivated candidates to join the team as Customer Care Advisors supporting Arabic-speaking customers.
Requirements
Very good command of English and Arabic (minimum B2/C1 level)
Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Open-minded attitude and willingness to continuously develop
Availability to participate in on-site training in Kraków (4 months fully office-based), followed by the ability to work in a hybrid model
Responsibilities
Supporting customers in planning and organizing their journeys
Recommending travel products, fares, and services, including after-sales support
Assisting customers with flight reservations, changes, and booking adjustments
Guiding customers in using the airline’s website and online tools
Responding to customer inquiries and feedback via phone, email, and web channels worldwide
