Salary: 650–700 PLN net per day (B2B)

At Cyclad, we collaborate with leading international IT companies to help them deliver innovative, future-shaping technologies. We are currently recruiting for our client — a fast-growing company in the cybersecurity sector, focused on strengthening organizations’ security capabilities.

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to support growth across the German-speaking market, with potential future expansion into Northern Europe.

Location: 100% remote

Employment type: B2B contract

Compensation: up to 700 PLN per day (B2B)

Working languages: German and English

Key responsibilities

Actively identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, email outreach, and professional networking

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings to present tailored solutions

Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding clients’ business needs and challenges

Cooperate closely with sales and marketing teams on targeted outreach campaigns

Monitor and report key performance metrics, including meetings booked and Proofs of Concept (POCs) initiated

Collect market and prospect insights to support product positioning and messaging

Requirements

Full professional proficiency in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset

Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally within IT or cybersecurity

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment

Strong goal-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results
